Where I've worked, what I've run, and what I studied.
01 Work
- June 2026 — PresentCurrent
Business Technology Sales Advisor
F8 ConsultingNew York City Metro (Hybrid)
I qualify inbound and outbound leads for cloud infrastructure and managed service engagements, mostly with construction firms and nonprofits. Most of it is discovery calls: working out the operational issue behind a request, then writing it up in terms the engineering team can scope against. I sit in on those scoping sessions and carry scope, risk and timeline back to whoever signs off. I also built an internal lead qualification agent on Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder, then rebuilt it on Claude Projects after testing turned up accuracy gaps in the first version.
- November 2021 — PresentCurrent
Consumer Electronics Agent
Best Buy — Geek SquadMays Landing, NJPromoted from Cadet, 2022
I diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system and home networking faults across computers, displays, printers, routers and smart devices — both in a high-volume service environment and in customers' homes. A lot of it is reproducing a fault from an incomplete description, isolating the component that's failing rather than the one that looks guilty, and verifying the fix before the device goes back. On in-home calls I install and configure home theater and networking equipment and run the appointment end to end, including scheduling, follow-up and Geekmobile inventory. I document resolutions in the service system and train new agents on standard service and escalation procedure.
- May 2025 — June 2026
IT Support & Deployment Intern
Mitzvah Circle FoundationNorristown, PA
I provisioned, imaged and deployed 32 Windows 11 laptops for staff and interns, standardizing the software build and the readiness checks that ran before each machine shipped — OS build, application install, Office activation, identity configuration. I configured Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Google Credential Provider for Windows so sign-in and device management behaved consistently across the fleet, then wrote repeatable support runbooks and trained staff on them. That brought the repeat tickets down and shortened onboarding for new staff.
- August 2024 — May 2026
Teaching Assistant
Temple UniversityPhiladelphia, PA
TA for Introduction to Problem Solving and Programming using Python in the College of Science and Technology. I assisted during lab sessions, held office hours, graded labs and exams, and gave students feedback on their code and programming projects.
- May 2021 — November 2021
Data Entry Associate
Lenegan PlumbingOcean City, NJ
Maintained water meter records for municipal contract work, verifying data accuracy between field reports and internal records. I also contributed to the early development of an internal application for collecting that meter data.
02 Leadership & activities
- April 2024 — May 2026
President & Workshop Coordinator
TUDev (Temple University Developers)Philadelphia, PA
Led Temple's developer student organization. I designed and delivered hands-on workshops on web development, Git and GitHub, SQL, AWS, Linux and AI-assisted coding, and mentored students on portfolio building, technical interviews and career direction across web, cloud and IT tracks. When winding the organization down became the right call, I filed the Articles of Dissolution to formally close its Pennsylvania nonprofit registration.
- August 2025 — May 2026
STEM Leadership Fellow
Temple College of Science & TechnologyPhiladelphia, PA
Selected to a small cohort recognized for leadership and academic performance in STEM. I provided peer tutoring and instructional support for introductory programming coursework (CIS 1068), building learning materials and walking students through problem solving.
- August 2025 — May 2026
Web Developer
ACM Temple University ChapterPhiladelphia, PA
Maintained the chapter's official website in React and Next.js, handling content updates and front-end improvements.
03 Education
- May 2026
B.S., Information Science & Technology
Temple UniversityPhiladelphia, PAGPA 3.46
Studied information science and technology while staying deeply involved in Temple's technical community through ACM and TUDev, the university's club for hackers and makers. As TUDev's president I helped lead events built around innovation, technical skill-building and giving tech-minded students somewhere to find each other.
Relevant coursework
- May 2016
A.A., Liberal Arts
Camden County CollegeBlackwood, NJ
Studied music, and learned through the experience that it wasn't the career I wanted to pursue. The useful lesson was that it's fine not to know your path immediately — as long as you have a plan, progress follows.
